After the egg hunt, it's time to eat!

For 4 people, this recipe contains :

1 leg of lamb (about 1kg)

4 tablespoons of honey

2 cloves of garlic

2 lemons

In addition, you will need :

2 tbsp. olive oil

salt and pepper

An ovenproof dish

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C
  2. In the bottom of an ovenproof dish, mix the olive oil, honey, lemon cut into thin slices, garlic cloves peeled and cut in 2 and spread the mixture. Place the lamb shoulder on top and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in the oven for 1 hour and turn the shoulder halfway through cooking.

It is ready!
