Your homemade eggplant baba ganoush!
Ingredients for 3-4 people:
- 1 x eggplant (500gr)
- 1 x head of garlic
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Wash, cut the aubergines in four lengthwise. Grid the flesh with a knife, taking care not to pierce the skin.
- Place the aubergines on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the flesh with a tablespoon. According to your taste, add lemon juice, pressed garlic, olive oil and spices such as cumin.
