Throw everything in the oven, forget about it for 15 minutes and it's ready!
For 2 persons, this recipe contains:
4 salmon fillets
250 g of cherry tomatoes
500 g of green asparagus
1 tbsp. chimichurri spice mix
In addition, you will need:
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
Preparation:
Wash the tomatoes and asparagus. Prepare the asparagus by removing the hard part of the bottom of the stem.
Place asparagus, tomatoes and salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
Season the fish with salt, oil and the chimichurri mixture
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C
It's ready!
