Attention, il ne s'agit pas d'un Vacherin Mont D'Or commercial, il peut y avoir une légère fleur sur le dessus de la croûte et il faut l'enlever pour le manger. Il est fabriqué au Sechey par Mme Danièle Magnenat producteur et affineur le top du top des vacherins dixit Bruand. Vacherin thermisé, rustique , aux saveurs de sapin.
