Product description

A refined recipe that combines the aromatic power of the truffle with the fondant of the scallop. 

Serve chilled at 6°-12°C or spread and spend 2min under the grill. No preservatives. 

Ingredients: cream (milk), scallops* (25%) (molluscs), haddock (fish), onion, white wine (sulphites), truffle pieces* (1%), olive oil, butter, Millac salt, seaweed (sea lettuce, agar agar) pepper. 

*Pecten Maximus, origin Brittany
