Product description

Tempeh is a meat alternative made from whole soybeans. With the help of mushrooms (rhizopus oligosporus), the soybeans are gently fermented under controlled conditions. Tempeh is excellent for frying, marinating, grilling and deep-frying.

Ingredients: Soybeans, water, apple vinegar, fermented with rhizopus culture (Rhizopus oligosporus).
