Potato gnocchi with grated Grana Padano, homemade by La Casa Della Pasta in Geneva.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs, potato, Grana Padano (traditional Italian cheese made from cow's milk).
Without preservatives, without artificial colourings.
To cook: bring salted water to a boil then cook the gnocchi until they rise to the surface (that's La Casa's trick), about 3 minutes.
