Local Raspberry Yoghurt

Apricot yogurt from Moléson 150gr. Traditional yogurts made with milk from Fribourg.

Store under refrigeration at max 5°C. Made in Switzerland, packaged in a protective atmosphere. Certified by Marguerite. A very fine cheese in the mouth.

Ingredients: Swiss fresh cheese, fat, based on goat's milk, thermized, filled with a preparation of figs. Fresh goat's cheese, fig jam (6%) (Corsican fig), cane sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin, cooking salt.

Raclette Bruand en demi-meule d'environ 2,6kg quantité parfaite pour une bonne équipette :-) Fromage de l’Oberland bernois, vieillie 7 mois en cave humide afin de développer ses saveurs uniques et garder son onctuosité. Très aromatiques, on frôle la perfection.
