Chicche de pommes de terre

Organic and GRTA spiny cardoon from Geneva. Produced in the Red Cross greenhouses in Geneva's countryside. The spiny cardoon is cooked and ready to use. Drain and rinse before reheating. Net weight is of 500 gr once drained. Keep away from light as it preserves it in the old way.

These are special late maturing varieties for making 100% natural Butterfly and Mushroom popcorn. Rich in fibre and antioxidants, the popcorn is simply prepared in hot air and is very low in calories.

May contain traces of mustard and gluten

Preparation: heat pan over high heat with or without fat, then add corn, cover. Place in a dish and season to taste, either sweet or savoury.
