This tasting trio from Château de Crans is made up of three bottles: a Rosé, a Chasselas sur lies and a Pinot noir.
The Rosé of Château de Crans is born from a blend of Gamay, Pinot noir and Garanoir. The nose is very fruity and greedy accompanied by aromas of small red fruits. The taste is both fine and full of freshness supported by a slight carbonic touch.
The Chasselas sur lies comes from best Chasselas parcel of the wine estate at a place called "En Rosset", it is vinified separately. Very complex, this wine reveals nice fruit on the nos with notes of vanilla and toasted bread. The aging on lees gives it a long persistence in the mouth supported by a beautiful roundness.
The nose of this Pinot noir is fruity, it reveals aromas of cherries and sour cherries. This wine is subtle and delicate with silky tannins supported by a beautiful aromatic persistence on the palate.
