THE RECIPE FOR A GOOD ICED TEA!
Put 2 tablespoons of tea for one litre of cold water. Leave overnight in the fridge and filter in the morning.
The tea can infuse from 8 to 12 hours. You can also prepare a concentrate with more tea in less water and then dilute it as you wish, like a syrup. ENJOY! THE WHOLE BETJEMAN AND BARTON TEAM!
