h4. A source of energy assured due to its virtues (rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins). We propose to cook the swordfish fried. Its flesh is firm, tender and tasty. Selected and prepared by the « Poissonnerie Lucas », in Carouge. # 1. Pass the slices under water and dry well. Baste with olive oil and finely chopped thyme on both sides. # 2. In a hot fryingpan without fat, grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. # 3. Salt and pepper, a few drops of lemon and serve. Note: thyme is not included in the pack. h4. Serve with a salad of raw vegetables, steamed vegetables, and/or rice.
