2 Swiss beef skewers with a homemade BBQ marinade for a total of about 200gr.

Superior meat quality, selected and prepared by the butcher on the same morning.

Ingredients: beef, vegetable oil, salt, dextrose, spices

Conservation: To be consumed within 2-3 days maximum. To be kept in the refrigerator. Be careful not to put the meat in direct contact with other meat/food. Do not lick any remaining marinade that may be on your fingers.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs, olive oil, eggplants, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, bechamel sauce, Grana Padano, spices.

To cook: 35 minutes at 180° C, rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Perfect portion for 3 people.
