Mascobado sugar is packaged in the Philippines using traditional processes. Unrefined, it has less regular crystals than industrial white sugar. We import Mascobado sugar directly from the Philippines through Alter Trade. This marketing service, set up by grassroots groups, organises the production, packaging and export of whole cane sugar.
