XTRA Drops is a fermented chili sauce inspired by the hot sauces of Louisiana. The peppers ferment spontaneously for 3 months, then vinegar is added and the solid part of the mixture is separated to extract the sauce.
The result is a sauce with a bright and intense red color, where the fruitiness of the pepper, the lactic notes of the fermentation and the slight acidity of the vinegar contribute to create a sauce with a unique character that can accompany all kinds of dishes.
Ingredients: peppers, vinegar, sea salt from Trapani.
A possible deposit at the bottom of the bottle is quite normal. Shake well before use.
The BBQ mix consists of paprika, sugar, pepper, chili, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, onion. The top for marinades & grills. Selected by the artisan Spices & Vanilla (15g).
