Turkey roulade stuffed with mushrooms / pistachios for 3/4 persons. The stuffing contains pork.
For cooking, lightly brown in the pan, melt shallots and onions. Deglaze with a small chicken stock and put it in the oven at 150 degrees, basting it from time to time for 50 minutes.
Conservation: To be consumed within 2-3 days maximum. Be careful not to put the poultry meat in direct contact with other meat/food. Poultry should also be cooked thoroughly.
