Turkey roulade stuffed with calf sweetbread and morel mushrooms. For 3/4 persons. The stuffing contains pork.
For cooking, lightly brown in a saucepan, melt shallots and onions. Deglaze with a small chicken stock and put it in the oven at 150 degrees, basting it from time to time for 50 minutes.
Conservation: Consume within 2-3 days maximum. Take care not to bring poultry meat into direct contact with other meat/food. Poultry should also be cooked thoroughly.
