Organic Swiss cucumbers

Homemade ketchup from Geneva.

Magnificent recipe created by the Tremblet Family of Domaine des Oulaines. It will change your burgers and Chinese fondue sauces!

Ingredients: tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, onions, garlic, salt, pepper.

Keep in a cool place 

100% Swiss pickles, in vinegar. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 months.

Ingredients: pickles (CH), water, alcohol vinegar, white wine vinegar, sugar, herb extracts (tarragon, dill, fennel, parsley, basil, oregano, lovage, chives), sea salt, spices (with mustard seeds). Pasteurized. 

XTRA Drops is a fermented chili sauce inspired by the hot sauces of Louisiana. The peppers ferment spontaneously for 3 months, then vinegar is added and the solid part of the mixture is separated to extract the sauce.

The result is a sauce with a bright and intense red color, where the fruitiness of the pepper, the lactic notes of the fermentation and the slight acidity of the vinegar contribute to create a sauce with a unique character that can accompany all kinds of dishes.

Ingredients: peppers, vinegar, sea salt from Trapani.

A possible deposit at the bottom of the bottle is quite normal. Shake well before use.
