Stone ground organic spelt flour

Prestigious blend of spices and white wine for this relatively classic grosgrain mustard. Basic ingredient for any good vinaigrette. Mix with quark or sour cream, as an aperitif with vegetable dips.

Composition: Waldensian mustard seeds, water, white wine and table vinegar (contains sulphites), sunflower oil, egg yolk, cooking salt, sugar, spices, thickener ( guar flour), acidifiers (citric and tartaric acid), antioxidant.
