Potato gnocchi with grated Grana Padano, homemade by La Casa Della Pasta in Geneva.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs, potato, Grana Padano (traditional Italian cheese made from cow's milk).

Without preservatives, without artificial colourings.

To cook: bring salted water to a boil then cook the gnocchi until they rise to the surface (that's La Casa's trick), about 3 minutes.

A tasty encounter between basil and mustard. Powerful aroma to highlight charcuterie or Italian dishes.

Composition: Waldensian mustard seeds, water, basil, olive oil, white wine and table vinegar (contains sulphites), sunflower oil, egg yolk, cooking salt , sugar, spices, thickener (guar flour), acidifiers (citric and tartaric acid), antioxidant.
