The cheese is matured on a ray mat. This may result in mould developing on the cheese with is a normal part of the maturation process and gives the "Chavignole Crottin" it’s distinctive character.

Store under refrigeration at max 5°C. Made in Switzerland, packaged in a protective atmosphere. Certified by Marguerite. A very fine cheese in the mouth.
Ingredients: Swiss fresh cheese, fat, based on goat's milk, thermized, filled with a preparation of figs. Fresh goat's cheese, fig jam (6%) (Corsican fig), cane sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin, cooking salt.
Nodini 5 × 50gr. Handmade with pasteurized cow's milk from the laiteries réunies genevoises. To be taken out of the fridge 1-2 hours before for a tasting at room temperature. Can be kept in the fridge 4/5 days.
