Product description

Tasty and barely cooked fluffy fish. Tchss-Tchss.

Cooking tip:

  1. Season the fish, pepper and oil each side. (Depending on your taste, add curry, sesame seeds or Provence herbs.)
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat.
  3. Sear the tuna for two minutes on each side.

The tuna will be semi-cooked, pink at heart. Serve with lemon.
