Sausage BBQ platter for 2 people

Minute" prepared minced beef of Charolais breed (France) of about 500g. Superior quality selected by the butcher. The Charolaise is a French cattle breed originating from the Charolles region in Burgundy.

Preservation: To consume the same day. To keep in the refrigerator. Be careful not to put the meat in direct contact with other meat/food. Cook to perfection. 

2 Skewers of BBQ Chicken - Provençal herbs marinade - for a total of 200gr approximately.

Superior quality meat, selected and prepared by the butcher the same morning.

Ingredients: Chicken meat, rapeseed vegetable oil, spices, salt, dextrose

Conservation: To be consumed within 2-3 days maximum. To keep in the refrigerator. Be careful not to put the poultry meat in direct contact with other meat/food. Poultry should also be cooked to perfection. Do not lick any remaining marinade that may be on your fingers.

Wild boar terrine, with peppery citrus notes.

Ingredients: wild boar meat, pork liver, shallot, garlic, milk, eggs, red wine (sulphite), salt, Timut pepper, spices.
